When we dreamt up Spotted Fawn Coffee Roasters (which really wasn’t that long ago, we are still newbies!) We wanted to offer more than just coffee. We have huge gratitude for our amazing customers..our supporters (that’s you!) The people that believe in us and choose to shop here.
We want to make your shopping experience enjoyable! That’s why we try to fill up our store with pretty, practical and carefully selected items. More importantly we really do put our hearts into every coffee roast. We chase sweetness, complexity and distinctiveness in our coffee, this starts with the coffee farms, with several other steps along the way (like our amazing brokers who seriously don’t get the creds that they deserve) that makes the coffee you’re purchasing “specialty”. We are still learning, and always will be! But I can tell you that we are proud to be part of the third wave coffee movement.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase! We cannot return coffee as it is perishable. Returns on equipment items that are unopened and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. If this was ordered online you can ship items back at your cost. Returns are refunded only when the item is received back at our office after we have verified that that original packaging is in place. Returns on all other items will be refunded within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be with original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or packages that include liquids and are damaged in transit.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on wholebean coffee with all prepaid subscriptions and for individual orders over $100. For everything else shipping will be calculated at check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to our international friends at this time. We can only ship within Canada.
When will I receive my order?
We roast coffee to order. Your order will ship out within 5 business days of placing your order. You will receive a tracking number and packages go out via Canada Post.
