The roots of Ethiopian coffee can be tasted in most coffees, Ethiopia has a very rich coffee history and may be the origin of coffee in the first place. Known for its complexity, sweetness, and array of flavor possibilities. We think this one is all over the map…but in a really good way. Explore its brown sugar sweetness, a hint of caramel and banana bread, and a creamy finish. Try it as a French Press, pour-over, or drip. Sali Abafogi station situated in the Limu district processes cherries from hundreds of local smallholder farmers. Here farmers generally cultivate mixed subvarieties of Ethiopia heirloom on small plots of land around their houses. These plots are sometimes known as ‘garden coffee’.
